MSETS is run by two very experienced experts in mystery shopping. We offer two different syndicated one-day courses and also in-house courses tailored to the needs of a specific client or agency.

The syndicated one day courses are appropriate to either beginners in mystery shopping or to those with experience who need help in getting better value from their mystery shopping programs. Currently, MSETS courses are available in the UK on a syndicated basis, and are normally held in a London hotel.
