MSETS chosen to run MSPA Europe training.

In February 2008 MSETS ran the first MSPA Europe executive workshop for senior and middle management in mystery shopping agencies. The workshop was held near Schiphol airport in Holland and was very successful with delegates from across Europe and also from South Africa and Morocco. The second MSPA Europe workshop was held in Berlin in May and was even more successful with all delegates saying that their expectations were fully met by the training, and rating the day either as ’very good’ or ’good’.

The next two MSPA Europe workshops are planned for Prague on October 4th 2008, and UK, Milton Keynes on December 5th

MSPA Europe is currently working with MSETS designing a value-added workshop for business owners and senior executives in mystery shopping agencies. It is likely that this workshop will be available later in 2008.

MSETS runs first workshop for Housing Associations on behalf of Quality Housing Services Ltd

MSETS was chosen by Quality Housing Services Ltd to run the first workshop for Housing Associations designed specifically to help them to create, run, and get benefits from, their own mystery shopping programs. The workshop attracted Housing Association executives from all over the UK and was a great success. More workshops are being planned.
