In the last 3 years we have carried out mystery shopping workshops for MSPA Europe members at several locations around Europe. The workshop participants have been middle and senior level managers in both client and agency companies, who have given the workshop consistantly high scores. We have also carried out many consultancy tasks and workshops for individual clients and agencies accross eastern europe, the Balkans, and in the UK and western europe.
