Courses can be booked only by completion of the Booking Form below. We will do our best to get back to you within three working days whereby we shall submit an invoice for payment by bank transfer or credit/debit card. Full payment instructions will be provided on the invoice. If we do not receive payment within 14 days from the invoice date your place on the course may be lost.

The course fees are as follows:

Getting the Basics Right - £445 per delegate

Adding Value to Your Mystery Shopping - £645 per delegate

In-house courses for agencies and clients vary in cost depending on the specific requirement’s.

The number of delegates on each course is always optimised to ensure that all delegates derive maximum value.

We have provisionally scheduled courses in Prague for October 4th and in Milton Keynes in the UK for the 5th December.

• Delegates are expected to give accurate information on the Booking Form.
• Delegates will be expected to join in the learning spirit of every course and to respect the needs of other course delegates at all times.
• Delegates are expected to observe reasonable mobile phone behaviour.
• Delegates are not expected to divulge confidential or sensitive information on the booking form or during a course.
• No payment will be returned once a course is booked, other than in exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of MSETS directors.
• All course details will be re-confirmed to all delegates one week before the course date.
