On February 1st 2008 MSETS ran the first MSPA executive workshops aimed at the training requirements of operations and project managers in mystery shopping agencies. The workshop was held at a hotel near Schiphol airport in Holland and has already attracted delegates from South Africa, Morocco, the Baltic States, Ireland, Russia, Portugal, and other parts of Europe.
